Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Most domestic orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase or after a live break concludes. During high-volume periods, shows, holidays, or promotions, processing may take longer. Standard domestic shipping is free unless otherwise noted. Most orders ship via USPS with tracking. High-value shipments may require Signature Confirmation.

International Shipping

International orders are generally shipped approximately once each month. Shipping costs are based on current carrier rates. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided whenever available after shipment.

Delivery Responsibility

Once accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside the control of Gem Card Show LLC. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we will assist customers when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Additional charges caused by incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
