Delete Your GemGrade Account

You may request deletion of your GemGrade account and associated personal data at any time.

To request deletion, email gemcardshow@gmail.com from the email address connected to your GemGrade account. Use “Delete My GemGrade Account” as the subject line.

Please include the email address associated with your account. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

After verification, we will delete your GemGrade account, uploaded card images, grading results, and other associated personal data. Certain transaction or business records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
